1. 给HostMonster发的申请退款信，是通过Email进行申请的，因为提交Ticket的时候显示提交成功，但实际上在”My Ticket History”中根本看不到这个Ticket，通过Live Chat联系了一下在线客服说让发Email申请退款。

   所有的设置费(setup fees)是不退款的。
30天内，HostMonster提供全额的退款*。（*如果注册了HostMonster提供的免费域名的话，就

需要另当别论了） 比如：购买两年HostMonster的虚拟主机，需要支付$7.95×24=$190.80，如果在30天内取消帐号，将得到$190.80*的退款。

    30天之后，HostMonster提供余额退款*
比如：购买两年HostMonster的虚拟主机，需要支付$7.95×24=$190.80。在使用两个月后取消

帐号，就可以得到剩余22个月的预付费用。也就是可以得到$7.95×22=$174.90*的退款。

如果是提前取消帐号，尽管可以得到退款，但是这个时候HostMonster提供的免费域名就变成

收费域名了，因此在你的退款中需要扣除$10美元的域名注册费用，不过这个域名还是归你所

有。

*注意：在上面的描述中，很多标注了星号(*)，是涉及到免费域名的退款问题：

在5天之内，取消帐号的话，域名也可以得到退款(域名将被删除)，也就是一个真正的全额退

款；
在5天之后30天之内，取消帐号的话，需要从你的全额退款中减去$10美元的域名注册费用。
